In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please email us with a photo showing the damages. In the event the frame is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide an exchange.

You may return an unopened frame with all parts included within 7 days upon receipt for a refund. Simply email us with the reason for return. Upon receiving the return we will refund the amount of the product, not shipping (as shipping was used to get you your product.) Customers are responsible of taking care of the return shipping. We do not pay for the product to get back to us.

For domestic orders shipping to addresses within the contiguous 48 states, we offer a flat rate of $3.00 to our customers. Email us for shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

If you return a product for reasons other than a manufacturer’s defect, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Standard shipping is usually via USPS Media Mail, and can take up to 3-5 days to receive.
